If your chain snaps at the weld or breaks within the first six months, simply keep the chain and contact us for a complimentary repair.
We will require you to visit us at one of our locations to perform the repair.
What if I decide I don’t want it to be permanent anymore?
We understand that lifestyles change! If you decide you'd prefer a traditional fit, we offer a free conversion service. We can add a clasp to your existing chain so you can take it on and off as you please.
