Book your appointment with a £10 deposit, this will then be deducted from your final bill.
Appointments last between 20 & 30 minutes. Reserving your appointment can avoid waiting.
You don't need to select your chain before your appointment. You can do this on the day.
Walk-ins are welcome. You do not have to pre-book. You can just turn up to one of our events/markets.
You can have a clasp fitted if you want to be able to remove your jewellery.

Do I Need To Book?
No, walk ins are always welcome.
If you'd like to guarantee your preferred time slot & avoid waiting, we recommend pre-booking. A small deposit secures your appointment & is deducted from your final bill on the day.
What Happens If I Need To Cancel?
We understand that plans can change.
If you provide us with a weeks notice prior to your booked appointment we will issue a refund for the deposit paid or you can re-book for no extra charge at a different venue within 6 months of your original booking.
Do I Choose My Jewellery Before I Book?
Not at all.
You'll have plenty of time to browse our full collection of chains & charms when you arrive. We'll help you choose the perfect style before your fitting begins.
How Long Does An Appointment Take?
Most appointments take 20-30 minutes, depending on how long you'd like to browse our collection & choose your jewellery.
There's no rush, we want you to leave with something you really love.
Does It Have To Be Permanent?
No - despite our name we do offer the option to have a clasp fitted. We can do this on the day or you can re-visit us at any time to have it altered.
Can I Turn Up On The Day?
Yes. Walk-ins are always welcome. If we are busy we will fit you in as soon as we can.
Customers with pre-booked appointments will always be seen at their reserved times, so booking is advised to avoid waiting.
